Yes! We offer safe and reliable shipping to all regions in Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak.

Your Betta will be:
-Individually bagged in clean, oxygenated water
-Securely packed in insulated boxes to maintain stable temperature
-Shipped with care to minimize stress during transit
-We use trusted local couriers that specialize in live animal transport.

Domestic shipping typically takes 1–3 working days, depending on your location. Tracking info will be sent via email or WhatsApp once the parcel ships.

Yes, we offer a Live Arrival Guarantee for all domestic orders. If your Betta arrives DOA (dead on arrival), contact us within 2 hours of delivery with clear, unopened bag photos for a refund or replacement.

Yes! We ship live Betta fish from Malaysia to most countries worldwide, including the USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, and many others via trans shippers. All fish need to pass through a trans shipper only because the trans shipper already holds a live animal import license to service customers in any country. This does not include handling fees and local shipping from the trans shipper’s location to the customer’s address. The buyer must pay the trans shipper to receive the betta fish in their country.

Each Betta is:
-Individually bagged with oxygen-rich water
-Packed in insulated, temperature-controlled boxes
-Accompanied by required export documentation
-We also add heat or cold packs depending on your local climate and season.

Delivery time depends on your country and shipping method.
Most orders arrive in:
-1–3 business days via express courier
-2–5 business days for standard international shipping
We use reputable logistics partners with live animal handling experience.

We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee for international shipments with the following conditions:
Notify us within 2 hours of delivery
Send clear, time-stamped photos of the fish in the sealed bag
All import documents must have been properly submitted
We may offer a replacement (with buyer covering shipping) or a partial refund, depending on the case.

Yes—import duties, VAT, and any clearance fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check your country’s regulations before ordering. We’ll provide all the necessary export documents to help with customs clearance.

Yes! Just let us know at checkout or via email/WhatsApp if you need to delay shipment, align it with permit processing, or avoid extreme weather in your area.

Yes. We can combine several Bettas in a single shipment to reduce costs. Each fish is bagged separately to avoid conflict or injury. Reach out for bulk or wholesale inquiries.
